Edison Electric Institute (EEI), one of the nations premier trade associations, has an outstanding opportunity for a Financial Analyst. The Analyst, working with outside vendors and EEI staff, will be EEI's primary steward of the industry financial data, which is used by member companies, the financial investment community, EEI leadership, and other stakeholders. The Analyst will research and write on financial topics. This will require significant data analysis, the ability to articulate concepts and trends, and issue expertise. The Analyst will also be the primary contact for EEI's Risk Management Committees.
Requirements
The job requires a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a closely related field. Candidates with or working towards a CFA, MBA or relevant masters degree are strongly encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will have at least three years of financial analysis experience. Strong Excel skills are essential. Energy experience is a plus.
