Are you a skilled technician who can analyze complex problems, recommend workable solutions and take corrective action with minimal supervision?
In this role you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electrical instrumentation and control systems at our substations, generating facilities and line equipment locations.
Among your primary responsibilities, you will:
- Test and calibrate mechanical, electronic and computer-based protective relays and substation/plant supervisory control and data acquisition equipment
- Evaluate test and survey results
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate’s degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Electronic Computer Technology, Electric Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Typically, 1-1/2 years of technical experience
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Computer/Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel
- A valid driver’s license
