The Washington Chapter of AABE Chapter will be participating in two activities in support of BEAM during the month of October 2014:

1. Vendor at the United Negro College Fund’s College Fair in Seattle, WA. They share information with students and college representatives about the importance of energy in the decision-making process. The event will be held at the Pacific Northwest African American Museum from 1:00PM – 4:00PM in Seattle.
2. Workshop Presenter for the Office of Student Diversity, Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, Washington. This event will focus on the recruitment of STEM students for careers in energy. The presentation will be held on October 24, 2014 from 2:00PM -3:30PM.
