AABE Student Chapter Purpose
  • The AABE University of Tulsa Chapter is one of three student chapters within the AABE organization. This chapter is also one of eight AABE Southwest Region Chapters.
  • The AABE Oklahoma Chapter founded the University of Tulsa Student Chapter in 2002.
  • The AABE Oklahoma Chapter works with local universities and colleges to provide professional development and career opportunities to minority students pursuing degrees in energy-related careers.
  • Current students from other local colleges and universities are welcome to participate in AABE related events and activities.

  • Meeting dates and times are under development for the next academic semester.
  • We believe that we also have a responsibility to nurture young minds. As such, we are talking to young people on the various career opportunities in the energy related fields.
  • We provide professional development seminars, internships and opportunities for employment & community service.
  • Student membership annual dues are $20. Please view the AABE Oklahoma Chapter Membership Committee webpage for an application.
