The law firm of McNees Wallace & Nurick is actively recruiting an Energy Attorney with at least two years of relevant experience. Our team of professionals provides counsel in addressing the business, regulatory, and legal needs of the energy industry.
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate: (1) experience practicing energy and utility law, including administrative litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") and/or state regulatory commissions; (2) a working understanding of the disciplines involved with the practice of energy and utility law; and (3) excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills. Candidate must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
