Troutman Pepper's Washington, DC office has an immediate need for an associate with at least three to four years of specific experience in FERC regulatory matters. Preferred experience includes familiarity with Sections 205 and 203 of the Federal Power Act, organized RTO and ISO markets, utility or other energy industry background and state or federal energy regulatory experience.
Candidates must have superior writing ability, maturity, and good communication skills. Candidate must be a member in good standing of the District of Columbia Bar, or eligible to waive in.
