The Growth Opportunity for Leadership Development (GOLD) Program is a comprehensive 18-month rotation program designed to develop and accelerate the next generation of Con Edison leaders committed to our cultural priorities of safety, operational excellence, and +1 customer experiences.

 

As a Management Associate, you will be immersed in a cross functional learning curriculum, designed to hone both your leadership and technical skills. You will cultivate the tools needed to improve business outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and grow as an agile leader.

Over the program's history, successful GOLD graduates have matriculated across their careers into leadership positions in the ConEdison companies, including the C-Suite.

 

The program includes:

·         3 rotational assignments - each 6 months in length, that are designed to grow your knowledge of our operations and how we do business

·         At least one assignment as a supervisor in a field operations environment leading a crew of employees as they upgrade, maintain, and repair our energy system assets

·         Delivering formal presentations to the Review Committee, comprised of company leaders, on lessons learned and key process improvement recommendations at the end of each rotation

·         Formal and informal mentorship from successful program graduates

·         Coaching and feedback from our best-in-class career development team

·         Cross-functional training to develop your leadership and technical skill sets while also cultivating your knowledge of the energy industry

 

Requirements:

·         Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

·         Graduation date between January 2018 - June 2020 from an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program

·         Major in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business

·         Less than 3 years of full-time work experience

·         Valid Drivers License

·         Access to a vehicle
