Experience managing the design, development and implementation of programs and communications related to Information Technology strategy, governance, compliance and enterprise wide adoption activities.
This role provides consultation with IT and business personnel on a variety of matters and recommends solutions to complex problems and outlines corrective actions as needed as well as managing processes that involve sensitive or confidential activities and information. Ensuring the City's Information Technology (IT) policies are up to date, providing expertise, interpretations and overseeing communications regarding policies and license compliance, IT vendor management and reporting on service & performance metrics are also in line with the responsibilities of this position.
