Leads a team of Gas Safety and Technical Training Consultants Coordinates delivery of instructor led training, knowledge testing, and evaluation Coordinates Safety and Training metric reports as assigned Responsible for verifying review and documentation of : Contractor and Employee compliance with 49 CFR 192 Subpart N Regulatory mandated training programs Employee (gas pipeline related) training development programs Monitor Contractor compliance with safety policies, programs, guidelines, etc. Provide guidance and support to employee Safety programs, policies, etc. ensuring safe work execution Supervises contracts with outside consulting services Develop functional requirements and specifications for new information technology systems (such as Industrial Training Services) and enhancements to existing systems (such as Work Safety Audit System, Contractor Health and Safety Database) All other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned
