Help us administer the Company's Renewable Energy Plan by supporting our contract strategy section!
In this role, you will participate in soliciting and evaluating power supply proposals, negotiating contracts resulting from those solicitations and administering those contracts through the term of the agreements.
Scope of duties responsibilities:
- Designing systems to manage the receipt, inventory, and surrender of Renewable Energy Credits
- Coordinating the operation of the Company's Experimental Advanced Renewable Pilot Program
- Managing the Company's contracts for the purchase of renewable energy from renewable energy resources
- Preparing testimony and exhibits associated with revisions to the Company's renewable energy plan
Our ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-
1 or more years of applied engineering experience in energy/power generation/distribution; knowledge and experience with generator interconnection processes and power purchase agreements preferred

Familiarity with renewable energy generation technologies, contracting requirements, and basic accounting

Strong management, communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Successful track record of collaborating and coordinating projects
