Advance your electrical engineering career by assisting us with planning responsibilities for the optimal performance of our electric distribution circuits!
Working within the Electric Distribution Customer & Service Infrastructure group in both office and field operations, you will be involved with electric planning, project management, reliability programs, customer concern resolution, and storm restoration responsibilities.
Among your key responsibilities you will:
- Collaborate with workload planning staff, schedulers, dispatchers, system control personnel, field crews and other engineers and technicians
- Convey projects scopes, timelines, and resolve potential issues that may arise
- Communicate clearly with and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with power option; PE license desired
- Strong analytical skills, good communication and customer relations skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of staff
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work outside of normal working hours as necessary
- Availability for occasional travel outside of assigned headquarters
- Valid driver’s license
