You’re an electrical engineer with a strong work ethic, an eye for detail and the ability to lead and motivate others.
As a key member of the Substation Design & Standards group, you will support capital and O&M projects in electric system design and layout for both the high and low voltage distribution systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing scope and other documentation, designs and drawing updates to support the needs of internal departments or vendors
- Supervising and reviewing the work of contractors and technicians, managing workload and setting priorities
- Working in collaboration with our Substation Construction, Instrumentation & Control and Substation Layout Design teams as needed
- Spearheading process improvements and updating standards to streamline processes or meet department objectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Supervisory experience and a background in substation design a plus
- SAP and CAD experience a plus
- Ability to work successfully in a multicultural team environment
