You’ll maintain office and field responsibilities for the reliability and performance of electric distribution circuits.
Related responsibilities will include:
- Planning, project management, reliability programs, customer concern resolution and storm restoration
- Coordination of work activities with other departments including workload planning, schedulers, dispatch, system control personnel, field crews, other engineers and technicians
- Interaction with customers
Communication of project scope and timelines and resolution of issues with other departments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; power option and PE license preferred (New college grads must have their engineering degree obtained by May/June 2014.)
- Supervisory or management experience is desired
- Customer experience is a plus
- Availability to work outside of normal working hours to assist with emergency operations and storm restoration
- Ability to travel beyond assigned area
