AABE BOARD COMMITTEE

BY-LAWS COMMITTEE

This Committee makes changes to the AABE By-laws as directed by the Board of Directors and ratified by the General Membership. Additionally, it reviews the by-laws periodically to make certain they are legally commensurate with the evolving tone and direction of the association and makes recommendations to the Board for any changes in this regard.

2008 - 2009 Deliverables

  • Periodically review by-laws for agreement with organization's mission and activities.
  • Respond to the Board's requests for interpretations of by-laws vs. issues and decisions under consideration.
  • Modify by-laws as directed by the Board and submit the same to the General Membership for ratification.
