Chapter Committees

Volunteers are needed for the following AABE Committees:
 
PUBLIC RELATIONS - Preparation of the AABE newsletter and manage the Gulf Coast Chapter website.
 
FUNDRAISING - Development of our golf tournament and other charitable events to finance our scholarships.
 
FINANCE - Monitor and manage the Gulf Coast Chapter’s fiscal accounts and funds.
 
MEMBERSHIP - Recruitment of new members and member companies to diversify the organization.
 
PROGRAM - Organizing and developing quality monthly programming for our membership.
 
EDUCATION - Selection of qualified high school seniors for energy related awards.
 
NOMINATIONS/ELECTIONS – Selection of qualified members for chapter leadership positions.
 
GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS - Promote AABE's agenda with state & local government agencies.
 
OUTREACH - Supports community service programs such as energy education, philanthropic/charitable giving and mentoring.
 
CONFERENCE PLANNING (SPECIAL) - Participate in development of the 2012 35th Annual AABE National Conference in Long Beach, California under various subcommittees.
