The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (NEOAABE) was chartered on June 16, 2011. A charter reception was held at Fairlawn Country Club in Akron, Ohio with presentations from Daniel Packer, chairman of the American Association of Blacks in Energy, National Board of Directors; Toni Cunningham, president of the American Association of Blacks in Energy Columbus Chapter; and Terry Malone, president of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy.  The evening was a huge success!!  View event photos
 
We're excited about our progress to date and will keep you informed as we move forward with implementing NEOAABE intiatives which include: Professional Development, Economic Development, Student Development and Community Outreach programs.
