Purpose: Host representatives from Mississippi’s seven HBCU’s to discuss the workforce needs and trends in the utility industry. Topics to include tools to increase industry on-campus engagement, creating pipelines of skilled students, industry hot topics, professional mentorship, and other topics related to Mississippi's workforce.
